About Kamara Designs

Kamara Designs is owned and operated by Helen Alkana. The name of the company derives from Helen's daughters Karen and Mara.

Our line includes genuine leather ballet slippers which are handmade exclusively for Kamara, embellished by Helen. Available colors include gold, silver, ivory, pink lilac, red, black, white, brown, and light blue. Other styles include animal prints of zebra with pink laces, zebra with black laces, brown leopard, pink leopard and tiger. Sizes start at 3 months. We carry up to approxamately age 10 years.

Uniquely designed tutus in pink, lilac, and a combination of both colors are popular in sizes small (2 year), medium (3 to 4 years), and large (5 to 7 years).

Furry suede boots for boys and girls come in 4 colors (black, brown, tan, espresso). Sizes small (3-6 months), medium (6-12 months), and large (12-20 months)

Kimono Sets have always been one of our best selling items. The newest styles are fur trimmed in red, black (Dalmatian trim), paisley (60's mod), pink, lavender, and yellow. Sizes 1 to 14.
